Spunlace is a non-woven fabric that is mainly manufactured from the mixture of two materials, polyester and viscose, with high-pressure water jets that make both fabrics intertwine. When our customers request or ask us for disposable absorbent towels we always make it clear that the absorption capacity is determined by the proportion of viscose content the towel has. That is, the more viscose content a disposable towel has, the more absorbent it will be.
Within the spunlace disposable towels, we have to distinguish between the parallel spunlace and the crossed spunlace. As their names suggest, the difference lies in the way in which the materials that make up the fabric are intermingled. The parallel spunlace is widely used in the manufacture of baby wipes. The usual way of commercialization is by complete boxes. Our towels always have a certain standard – close to 100% viscose – and that is what makes them so absorbent. We can manufacture cheap disposable towels but it must be clear that the mixing ratio will not be the same as one offered by us in our standard quality.
It is logical that you are looking for inexpensive disposable towels, but beware they have to have a minimum of quality because otherwise they will not absorb anything and, consequently, they will not be suitable for their desired purpose.
